TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment :

 

• Trip booking should be done atleast 45 days in advance.

• Minimum 6 months valid date passport is required. A copy should be provided to the company.

• Payment to confirm booking, which is non-refundable, this is usually 10% of the trip. 

• Full Payment should be made 25 days before departure of the trip, unless otherwise agreed. 

Tour Cancellation Policy : 
 
All notice of cancellation must be in written.

• 21 days before trip departure 50% of total trip cost. 

• 15 days before trip departure 100% of total trip cost. 
   

Tour Operators has the full right to change the dates and cancel the trip due to any unavoidable circumstances for your own safety.
